Halfway to a year!
As you can see, our baby just becomes more and more of a person each month. I miss my teeny infant, but love my expressive little Max. We fill our day with eating, playing, reading books, napping and playing at the playground near our house. I have so many friends in the neighborhood now! I have yet to return to work, if I do and I think I might, it will be one or two days a month on a weekend when Eric and Max can be together.
We had a great trip to Charleston, Max did great in the car… I came down with a bug on the way home, so that was a bummer and Max had a rough time transitioning back to home, but he was a trooper!
We took our first plane ride last weekend for Max’s Baptism in Buffalo. It was so wonderful! He did great on the quick one hour plane ride, thankfully the engine drowns out crying 
. He liked it so much, we are going back to Buffalo in a couple of weeks to help out Steph and Dave while they are off to Barcelona. Im going from one kid to five! Thankfully Nanny Kirsten will be doing most of the work, dinner and bed and bus…. All I need to do is get them dressed and breakfast. It was a beautiful Baptism, I need pictures from the family, as we did not take any! Tim and Jessica did a great job, and ‘promised’ Father Pat that they would make sure Max has their support as he enters into his Faith.
