Where have we been?
Hi All, sorry it’s been so long. Not enough time in the day. We just got back from our yearly “Snowbelt Tour” as our friend Josh so rightly dubbed it. Buffalo, Rochester, Oneida. Thankfully there was no snow for traveling, but we missed the Holiday season snow in upstate NY! We had a great time visiting with our families and showing off our beautiful little baby. It was great for Max to meet all of his cousins. The Grandma’s each hosted very nice parties to show Max off as well.
We are beginning to see such changes in Max’s behavior now that he is 2 months old. Cooing, smiling and definitely needing to be entertained! We said we wouldn’t be the parents whose house is filled with ‘baby stuff.’ but here we are… swing, playmat, crib ‘thing’ (a very cute rainforest music box).
We still have yet to figure out how Eric can get sleep and work done when he comes home at the end of the day. Thankfully I am making new friends and plan on getting together with them soon; that way it’s not just mom and max all day long and I’m not handing him over to Eric at the end of the day as soon as he walks in the door, not that he minds…
So I got a posting out of the way on my list of things to do today. Will get pictures downloaded soon to update you all. Thanks for checking in!

Oh, what a treat it was to have you three here with us in Oneida!!! Cannot believe that we now have all 17 stockings hung with great care. It was so special… and am excited to have contributed to the extra “things” Max ~ and Mom and Dad ~ now have for helping his Tummy Time and other diversions so Mom and Dad can now let him rest and play for a minute or two…. oh how well I remember being a new Mom and being sooooooo tired…. You two are doing a terrific job, and Max is sooooo fortunate to have been given you as parents! We’re grateful to both of you, Lisa and Eric, for doing the Snowbelt Tour!!! Maybe we can do it again, sometime?
Peace and love and much Joy in 2007! Grandma Maggie & Grandpa Len
